Our mission is to celebrate New Orleans artists in their entirety, showcasing not only their works but their voices and visions.

LauReaux is a New Orleans-born and raised singer/ songwriter. Most of her musical influences came from early 2000's radio that featured neo-soul and r&b artists like Lauryn Hill and Alicia Keys. LauReaux's voice has sounds of neo-soul, r &b, and jazz undertones. Her sound is inviting because along with her writing her voice offers alternative addons to the genres she grew up knowing and loved, adding to her individuality.
Song Writer
LauReauxs' first music book was created in elementary school for her own creative pleasure. Moving into her teen years, poetry and spoken word caught her attention and her writing progressed. These forms of writing turned into accompaniment with instrumentals as a musical diary. Her style of writing is relative to her life story as well as those around her that spark her curiosity. Love, heartbreak, coming of age, fun nights, and spiritual growth are common themes in her music. Showing her different sides and truths is what drives her pen.
